Heavy truck alignment technician (Laval)
ABOUT US:
International Rive-Nord is a heavy truck dealership that has been in business for over 70 years. We are currently seeking a skilled, meticulous, and quality-oriented Heavy Truck Alignment Technician to join our service team Parameters. The Alignment Technician will be responsible for performing alignment, inspection, and adjustment work on heavy vehicles according to manufacturer and industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with industry quality standards;
- Perform complete wheel alignments on heavy trucks;
- Diagnose problems related to steering, suspension, tire wear, or general alignment;
- Adjust suspension, steering, and axle components according to technical specifications;
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections on steering and suspension systems;
- Use specialized alignment equipment and perform daily maintenance;
- Complete service records, alignment reports, and customer recommendations;
- Collaborate with technicians, technical advisors, and supervisors to optimize repairs;
- Other related duties.

- Must hold a CPA designation (required).
- Relevant experience in aligning heavy trucks or commercial vehicles (required).
- Knowledge of steering systems, suspension, axles, and tires.
- Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail, quality of work, and safety.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
