Empowering Day Supports Facilitator

Become a Day Supports Facilitator with DANI to support neurodivergent adults in achieving their goals. Engage in community-focused programming and make a difference.

DANI is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in the ACE (Abilities, Community, Empowerment) weekday program. You will implement person-centered planning while fostering confidence and skills in adults with developmental disabilities. This role entails facilitating programs that cater to diverse interests while supporting colleagues and individual participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend team meetings to ensure alignment on goals

• Observe and communicate the needs of participants

• Develop personalized programs for small groups

• Ensure engagement during community outings

• Manage a caseload focusing on individual Goal Action Plans

Requirements:

• College or university diploma required

• Minimum one year of related experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with organizational capabilities

• Satisfactory police check and driver's license preferred
