The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Dev Ops Scope:
  Responsible for CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance, containerized infrastructure deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, and automation through Git Hub Actions and Jenkins.
• Analyze, estimate, and refine user stories within the Equity Finance Trading Systems domain.
• Evaluate and recommend technical and non-technical solutions (tactical vs. strategic), including timeline assessments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and obtain approvals.
• Develop code, deployment plans, and technical upgrades in line with development standards.
• Coordinate with users to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in testing activities, document results, and review outcomes with end users.
• Contribute to large‑scale software implementations, including quarterly releases and current functionality deployments.
• Develop and implement internal user reports and data extracts upon request.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to work with complex information systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong team‑oriented mindset.
• Technical expertise in:
  Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL / SQL Server, Git Hub, Jenkins, IBM / Rabbit
  
  MQ, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Bilingual (English and French).

Nice to have:

• Experience in corporate and investment banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of financial markets (equities, interest rates, derivatives).
• Architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Azure.
