Key Responsibilities:

• Build and design backend systems with Python and Django

• Direct architectural decisions for microservices and APIs

• Develop and maintain AI and LLM model integrations

• Design document processing workflows and data pipelines

• Work with Dev Ops on continuous integration and deployment

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in leadership

• Strong expertise in Python and Django frameworks

• Experience with scalable production systems and API design

• Knowledge of Postgre

SQL database design

• Experience with GCP and early-stage startups
