Key Responsibilities:
• Design and drive the developer experience strategy
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Identify and eliminate build and deployment friction
• Promote engineering best practices in service reliability
• Iterate on frameworks for AI-assisted tooling
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in software engineering
• At least 3 years in dev productivity or platform engineering
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems
• Experience with coding languages like Java or Type Script
• Proven ability to communicate technical strategies effectively
