Position: Engineering Manager at StackAdapt

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of backend engineers dedicated to the creative pipeline. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to execute roadmap milestones, while tracking delivery and managing risks. Cultivate a supportive work environment through regular feedback and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend engineers in creative pipeline execution

• Execute roadmap milestones and track delivery progress

• Facilitate agile rituals and monitor team sprint health

• Conduct regular 1:1s and support engineering growth

• Engage in architecture discussions and code reviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience

• 1+ years in people management or tech leadership

• Proficiency in Golang or similar backend languages

• Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
