Join Anthropic as a Web Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of and Lead with technical depth and ensure successful product launches with your expert team.
In this vital role, you will lead a small team of senior engineers dedicated to creating a seamless web experience that reflects our mission of beneficial AI. You will manage the full stack of our marketing web, from CMS architecture to frontend performance, and ensure timely deployment of high-quality pages. Your collaborative skills will facilitate partnerships with design and editorial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grow and coach a top-tier engineering team

• Ensure high-quality engineering for all product launches
• Develop internal tooling to streamline marketing workflows
• Align engineering efforts with brand and business objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in software engineering, with 5+ in leadership
• Hands-on experience with marketing-focused web surfaces
• Proficient in front-end technologies, CSS, and Type Script
• Experience managing high-pressure launch scenarios
• Passion for AI and integrating it into workflows
