As a Senior AI Engineer on Affinity’s AI Platform team, you will shape the future of CRM systems in private capital. Utilize your expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and software architecture to create pipelines and agent-based systems. This role emphasizes extracting actionable insights from complex data while closely working with diverse teams to develop robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect RAG systems for hybrid retrieval and contextual compression
• Design multi-agent LLM systems with custom orchestration
• Tackle information extraction and retrieval issues
• Collaborate across product and data engineering teams
• Ensure system robustness and scalability during deployments
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering or machine learning
• Experience with LLM applications and prompt engineering
• Proficient in vector or graph databases
• Familiar with metadata retrieval and re-ranking
• Knowledge of MLOps and data security principles
