Join RBC as an NFT Test Engineer focused on leveraging AI/ML technologies. This full-time position, based in Toronto, emphasizes performance and resilience testing in a dynamic environment.
As a Senior Engineer specializing in Non-Functional Testing, you will be pivotal in the development and execution of automated NFT strategies.
Your role involves collaborating with development teams to integrate testing practices early in the software development lifecycle. Applicants should have a strong background in resilience testing and familiarity with chaos engineering tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build intelligent systems for automating fault injection
• Conduct experiments including failover testing and resource throttling
• Produce detailed reports and actionable insights
• Design AI agents to enhance test automation
• Monitor SLAs, SLOs, and overall system reliability
Requirements:
• Hands-on with Python and/or Java
• Proven experience in resilience and chaos testing
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter
• Strong understanding of resilience patterns
• Experience in CI/CD environments
