This role is critical in evolving application components within Dayforce’s Core Services team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead efforts in migrating systems to .NET Core, enhance application layers, and drive modernization strategies for improved scalability and performance. Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability and continuous improvement while promoting developer productivity with AI-assisted tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and modernize scalable application components
• Lead migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core
• Analyze and improve legacy application patterns
• Collaborate with teams to deliver impactful capabilities
• Mentor engineers and promote sound engineering practices
Requirements:
• Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
• Experience in developing and modernizing SaaS applications
• Knowledge of SQL Server and microservices
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
• Proficient in using AI development tools
