Position: Staff AI Experience Engineer - Developer Tools & Standards

Dayforce, a global HCM platform, is hiring a Sr. Principal Software Developer focused on AI Experience. Based in Canada, you will lead architectures and hands-on implementations that scale AI-assisted development across Engineering teams.

You will define context patterns, standards, and workflows for agentic coding tools, while partnering with developers and platform teams to operationalize AI practices, embedding reliability, and delivering measurable ROI.
