On-Site Lifeguard

Position: On-Site Lifeguard at City
Protect users and ensure safety this summer as a Lifeguard at the City of Laval pools. Enjoy a temporary contract with competitive pay and diverse hours.

The City of Laval seeks dedicated Lifeguards to monitor safety at pools from January to March 2027. You will ensure compliance with pool regulations, provide first aid when necessary, and assist in organizing pool activities. This role requires a valid National Lifeguard certificate and may also benefit from additional teaching certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure user safety at all times

• Maintain compliance with pool regulations

• Assist in organizing activities at the pool

• Conduct maintenance work on-site

• Compile and submit required safety reports

Requirements:

• Valid National Lifeguard certificate

• Swimming Instructor certification is beneficial

• Lifeguard Instructor certification is an asset

• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends

• Commitment to a safe and inclusive environment
