Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional looking for a stable, high-energy role in a global environment? We are looking for a Logistics Agent to join our Laval team. This isn't just a warehouse job—it’s a critical role in our supply chain where you’ll manage complex logistics, ensure inventory precision, and contribute to a world-class operation.
The Logistics Agent is responsible for managing the day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring the accurate handling of equipment, parts, and supplies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving logistical discrepancies, and ensuring warehouse organization and safety.

Location:

Laval, QC (Onsite) Salary: $24/Hour Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a Logistics Agent, you are the backbone of our inbound and outbound operations. You will ensure that every piece of equipment and supply is accounted for and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Mastery:
Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy for all incoming and outgoing parts and equipment.

• Inventory Integrity:
Lead regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to maintain 100% data accuracy.

Problem Solving:
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, managing PO (Purchase Order), RMA (Return Merchandise), and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.

• Digital Coordination:
Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office to track transactions and respond to logistics communications promptly.

• Warehouse Operations:
Coordinate Manual Work Orders (MWOs) and operate powered material handling equipment (forklift) safely.

• Safety Leadership:
Maintain an organized, compliant, and safe environment in line with health and safety standards.

Qualifications



Experience:

At least 2 years in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment.

• Bilingualism:
Fluent in English and French to effectively communicate with our diverse client base across Canada and internationally.

• Technical Savvy:
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.



Skills:

A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced setting.



Certifications:

Valid forklift certification (or the ability to operate material handling equipment).

• Physical Readiness:
Ability to lift/move equipment as needed and a commitment to wearing safety shoes at all times.



Education:

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain is a major asset.
