Day in the Life

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting precious cargo, operating and driving straight and articulated trucks, and loading/unloading materials for paving operations. Strong communication skills will be necessary as you coordinate with customers and dispatch. This position works outdoors in varying weather conditions during the construction season. When you are not driving, you will conduct daily circle checks on vehicles, clean, and perform equipment maintenance, with safety as the top priority.

It will also be important to stay organized when completing daily timesheets and log books. Enjoy the sunny weather and beautiful views of Atlantic Canada while operating state‑of‑the‑art equipment and traveling around the province.

• Minimum of a valid Class 1/ Class 3 drivers license with air brake endorsement and a clean abstract
• Experience operating twin‑steer or multi‑axle trucks preferred
• 2‑3 years experience driving large trucks
• Ability and willingness to work 50+ hours per week, weekends as needed
• Comfortability with EO
• Reliable transportation to and from the Berry Mills, NB yard is required, as equipment is returned nightly
