Mission

As part of its operations, our client, a well-established player in its industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the growth of its activities.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating goods flows and transportation activities. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers and suppliers

• Plan and organize goods movements (receiving, warehousing, shipping)

• Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance

• Prepare and validate logistics documentation (transport, customs, export, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements

• Support inventory management and warehouse flow optimization

• Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions

• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools

Your profile

• Degree or training in logistics, transportation, operations management, or a related field

• Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations

• Experience working with transportation brokers and/or managing carriers as a broker

• Strong understanding of carrier negotiation, dispatching, and shipment follow-up processes

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

• Proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems - an asset)

• Excellent organizational and priority management skills

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
