Crusher Operator at AIM

Join AIM as a Crusher Operator in Laval, working Monday to Friday. Operate heavy machinery to compact and crush vehicle carcasses while ensuring safety and compliance.
In this role, you will report to the Automotive Crushing Department Manager. Responsibilities include preparing vehicle carcasses, operating a loader and crusher, and maintaining accurate records. Frequent travel to different worksites is required, with physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle carcasses for crushing

• Operate and maneuver a loader effectively

• Crush vehicles and load onto trucks

• Complete daily activity reports accurately

• Perform pre-use inspections of equipment
Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Minimum one year experience operating heavy machinery

• Vocational diploma in heavy equipment operation (asset)

• Understanding of the Highway Safety Code

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
