Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily vessel operations and crew performance
• Enforce compliance with statutory and company policies
• Guide Deck Crew through safety training and regulations
• Manage logbooks, maintenance records, and incident investigations
• Ensure safe cargo transportation and handling
Requirements:
• Master Near Coastal Certificate necessary
• 5 years of managerial experience in marine operations
• Specialized Oil Tanker Endorsement needed
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems required
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential
