In this pivotal role within the Flight Operations team, you will be responsible for conducting post-production test flights and providing customer flight training. High adaptability and readiness to travel are crucial for supporting operational missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance and customer demonstration flights

• Troubleshoot and evaluate onboard systems effectively

• Co-secure helicopter deliveries and ferry missions

• Participate in flight test programs and compliance efforts

• Prepare thorough pre-flight documentation and assessments

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada Commercial Helicopter License

• Minimum 2,000 helicopter flight hours required

• Proven flight instruction experience essential

• Night Vision Goggles experience valued

• Flexibility for short-notice North American travel
