As a Transportation Supervisor, you'll manage daily route scheduling and dispatch, tackle on-route challenges, and collaborate with various teams for optimal performance. Your strong leadership skills will contribute to ICA onboarding and ongoing training, fostering an environment of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily route scheduling for Independent Contract Associates
• Monitor and enhance ICA performance and metrics
• Ensure adherence to safety and government regulations
• Collaborate with sales to meet customer delivery needs
• Investigate delivery-related accidents and damages
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a transportation or supervisory role
• High School Diploma, with relevant training preferred
• Ontario AZ Driver's License and HACCP training preferred
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations
• Ability to travel within service areas as needed
Drive operational excellence and safety while leading Sysco's transportation efforts.
