Warehouse Manager (Ownership Role - Career Growth Opportunity)

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Full-Time

Compensation: $24-26/hour (based on experience) + benefits

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in warehouse operations
• Is ready to move into a leadership and ownership role
• Or has already begun taking on lead or supervisory responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders with precision
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments (quantity, quality, damages)
  • Resolve discrepancies directly with suppliers
• Inventory & Organization
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock replenishment
  • Conduct annual inventory counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
• Logistics & Coordination
  • Coordinate transportation and obtain shipping quotes
  • Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, etc.)
  • Track shipments using SAP or similar systems
• Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
  • Optimize workflows and warehouse organization
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Communication
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team
  • Support operations as needed, including occasional facility-related tasks
• Physical Requirements
  • Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
  • Operate forklift and warehouse equipment

• Must-Have
  • 2-5+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics
  • Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or similar role
  • Or experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Forklift equipment experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • Bilingual (French and English)
• Assets
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience in small team or multi-role environments
  • Experience improving processes or workflows
