Mississauga Warehouse Operations Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily functions of the warehouse, operating from Sunday to Thursday. You will maintain inventory accuracy, foster a clean workspace, and ensure the team adheres to standard processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory organization and control for efficiency

• Supervise operations related to receiving and shipping

• Ensure a clean and compliant warehouse environment

• Provide training and coaching to warehouse staff

• Deliver reports on inventory status and key performance indicators

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment

• Knowledge of inventory management systems

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to handle physical tasks as necessary
