Job DetailsChristiana Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join Christiana Care Lung Health Program at our Pennsylvania outpatient practice. The selected candidate will provide clinical management of new and established patients in an office setting in collaboration with 2 Thoracic Surgeons, 2 Interventional Pulmonologists, and 7 other Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

- Perform shared decision-making consults and routine follow-up office visits
- Provider for Solitary Pulmonary Nodule clinic, Lung Cancer Screening clinic, and participates in MDC conference (Thoracic and Solitary Pulmonary Nodule)
- Within the scope of their education, training and credentialing, evaluate, diagnose, manage and treat Lung Cancer Screening and Lung Nodule patients in outpatient setting
- Assist in the teaching of students in the outpatient management of the Lung Cancer Screening and Lung Nodule patients
- Performs office visits and participates in smoking cessation as part of a Lung Cancer Screening program
- Performs other related duties as required
- Masters’ degree from an accredited program for graduate level Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with appropriate specialty certification
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania.
- Oncology or surgery experience preferred
- Prescription Authority required; DEA Registration required
- BLS required
