HVAC Lead Installer

Job Description

Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company based in Indiana, is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role involves managing and executing mechanical installations for client projects of various sizes while overseeing site management responsibilities.

• Manage production through the direction and installation of mechanical systems
• Plan, lay out, and ensure the overall efficiency of project installations
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with field supervisors and project managers
• Maintain accurate daily job production records (Daily Reports), expense reports, and weekly document submissions
• Document systems installed (As-Builts) with precision
• Communicate onsite with subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment
• Organize and secure onsite materials, inventorying additional materials for efficient job site pickup and returns
• Safeguard all Mission Mechanical property on the job site

• Proven experience in HVAC mechanical installations, with leadership capabilities preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug and background check

Expected hours: 40 per week

$20.00 – $40.00/hour

Monday to Friday, Day shifts.
