Pay Rate

Base pay: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the safety and performance of their vehicles.

• Perform oil and filter changes on all types of vehicles
• Inspect and top off all vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, power steering, windshield washer, etc.)
• Rotate and inspect tires; adjust tire pressure as needed
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services to Service Advisors
• Maintain clean and organized service bays
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Assist other technicians as needed
• Keep accurate records of services performed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in automotive service or a fast‑paced environment is a plus
• Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
