About the roleAs an Onboarding and Transitions Manager at Triad Wealth Partners, LLC (“Triad Wealth”), you will lead the onboarding and asset transition process for financial advisors joining the Triad platform. This role is responsible for managing each transition project end-to-end, ensuring assets, accounts, and operational workflows are successfully migrated so Triad can serve as the advisor’s back office for billing, investments, trading, and reporting.
You will act as the central point of coordination across advisor firms, internal teams, and external partners, keeping transitions on track, proactively identifying risks, and clearly communicating progress when timelines shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-driven environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, confidence-building onboarding experience.
What you’ll do Transition & Onboarding Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor firms throughout the onboarding and asset transition process.
- Own and manage multiple transition projects simultaneously, from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, and task tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of assets, accounts, and data to enable Triad to assume responsibility for billing, trading, investment management, and reporting.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including operations, trading, compliance, technology, reporting, and relationship management.
- Partner with custodians and third-party vendors to support account setup, ACATs, data feeds, and platform integrations.
- Track dependencies, risks, and potential delays, escalating issues when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
