We’re growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Production team. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and ensuring jobs are completed with excellence, we’d love to meet you.

• Communicate effectively with installation crews to ensure full understanding and adherence to the project scope.

• Monitor the installation process for accuracy, quality, and completeness.

• Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for homeowners during installation.

• Coordinate daily with production and office staff.

• Visit project sites ahead of installation to pre-measure skylights or other roof features.

• Order materials, ensuring correct quantities, colors, and timely delivery.

• Pick up or return materials as needed to support job flow.

• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked work vehicle.

• Use software and apps (Google Workspace, Company Cam, Service Titan, etc.) to manage calendars, order materials, and document job progress.

• Enforce proper safety protocols on every job.

• Monitor job site conduct and professionalism of installation crews.

• Perform continuous quality control/quality assurance checks.

• Capture before, during, and after photos of all projects and upload them to the project file.

• Oversee thorough jobsite cleanup to ensure homeowners are left with a spotless property.

• Collect final payments from customers after project completion and return them to the office promptly.

• 1+ year of roofing or construction experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to use common software and mobile applications

• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Solid understanding of residential roofing and building science

• Able to use ladders safely and confidently

• Capable of safely operating box trucks, trucks, and trailers
