Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of completing construction projects within the Higher Education and/or Healthcare (hospital) sectors, delivering projects on schedule and within budget, and coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and field staff. Ground-up and/or renovation experience in healthcare and higher education is preferred.
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships
- Ensure timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs
- Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and the company safety program
- 7+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent with experience in the higher education construction sector
- Willing to drive within an hour radius of Topeka, KS
- Strong client relationships in the area preferred
- Good tenure is a must
