• Take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.
• Take action to ensure the safety, health and well‑being of your team and our planet.
• Leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.
• Plan, execute and manage construction of data center facilities, collaborating with design, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Coordinate walkdowns and meetings with owners and designers, conduct constructability reviews, and lead client and construction meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, estimates, timelines, staffing plans and construction execution plans.
• Lead safety initiatives, including JHA revision, SPA daily signed‑off permits, and QA construction processes.
• Oversee turnover processes, including TOP’s, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.

• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
• Pharma experience / GMP facilities / clean rooms (ideal).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in use of software:
  PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong safety leadership and QA construction skills.
