As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service: greet clients, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in adherence to all bank policies and procedures.
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
- Build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care during interactions.
- Engage clients, communicate clearly, and anticipate their needs.
- Resolve client issues quickly and accurately, ensuring consistent service.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless, caring service.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Have client‑service experience or comparable experience.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash‑handling experience.
