- Opportunities to grow include participation in building a primary care service line to support the people in the community and fostering the growth of the access strategy.
- Call rotation is with the internal medicine colleagues, which equates to a 1 in 7 days weekly call, which equates to approximately four days per month.
- There is no inpatient rounding, as they have hospitalist coverage for inpatient care.
- The compensation model includes commencement and production bonuses, generous retirement plan, CME, licenses, boards, and professional membership reimbursement, covered premiums for life, health, and disability insurance and generous time off.
