Job Description

LMH Health seeks an experienced physician leader and communicator to assume the role of Clinic Enterprise Medical Director. This pivotal position will provide strategic and operational leadership for the 26 provider-based clinics at LMH Health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for fostering relationships with clinicians and management teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a rewarding practice environment while optimizing operational efficiency and outcomes.

This position will be expected to also work as a physician on a part time basis practicing in a clinic that aligns with their specialty.

The Clinic Enterprise Medical Director works in conjunction with the Clinic Enterprise Senior Director and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Clinic Enterprise.
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead the development and implementation of operational plans for LMH Health clinics in coordination with Clinic Enterprise management team
* Work with providers and clinic leadership to optimize access to care, operational efficiency and outcomes
* Enhance the patient care and experience for all clinics by working with management and providers to enhance care management strategies, preventative care, disease management, patient satisfaction, and safety
* Collaborate at all levels with Administrative, Nursing, Medical and Financial divisions
* Work with the SVP, Clinic Enterprise  Senior Director and Clinic Enterprise Board (CEB) to advance the strategies  and goals for the Clinic Enterprise
* Participate actively in strategic planning, contracting and budgeting processes
* Foster collaborative relationships to share the future direction of LMH Health’s ambulatory care services across 26 physician clinics
* Advise The CEB with all matters related to the operations and strategies of the Clinic Enterprise
* With the Operations Director, provide supervision, direction and coaching and reinforce communication with the 125+ physicians and advanced care providers across all ambulatory care settings
** Qualifications
*
* Required:

* 5 years of senior leadership experience
* Experience working within a high-performing, integrated health system
* Doctoral Degree in Medicine (MD) or Doctor Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
* Credential

Required:

+ Has achieved board certification as a Physician, in accordance with law and regulation.  + State Medical Board Licensure (any US state)
Preferred:
