Recital Monitors – Responsible for staffing all School of Music performances at various times and venues. Recital Monitors handle set‑up and tear‑down of performance stages, act as stage crew and attendance counters for performances. For additional info:

Recording Monitors – Responsible for recording School of Music concerts and events in several venues. Responsibilities include transportation, set‑up and tear‑down of recording systems, in‑studio work, and delivery of final products to performers and faculty. For additional info:

Office Assistant – Assists the Communication office with general duties: telephone and visitor reception, word processing, filing, copying, data entry, mailing, and other duties as requested. Provides faculty support as needed. The successful candidate must commit to a set schedule for the semester. For additional info:

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills, as evidenced by application materials and work history.
- Students pursuing a Music major or related field, as indicated on application materials.
- Federal Work Study eligibility preferred, as indicated on application materials.
During the semester, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer terms, the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre‑enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no fewer than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester.
Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments do not apply to Student Hourly appointments.
- This is an hourly/non‑exempt position. A student employee cannot hold an hourly/non‑exempt position and a salaried/exempt graduate or undergraduate position (GRA/GTA/GA/RUA/RGA) concurrently. Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by unit leadership and HR.
