Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will:

• Oversee designer work and provide team technical leadership.
• Perform quality reviews of design packages and assist with construction on site.
• Lead electrical discipline review in project meetings.
• Provide engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage communications in complex industrial facilities.
• Prepare technical specifications, documents for bidding and construction, and participate in project proposals.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 12 years of engineering design experience for building electrical systems.
• Experience with semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical or mission‑critical facilities.
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards.
• Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components (switchgears, transformers, panel boards, generators, UPS, etc.).
• Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team lead experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Senior technical leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
• Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills.
