Base pay range: $80,000.00 - $ per year.

Lead end-to-end development of complex land development projects, from initial concept through construction.

Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering their growth while delivering excellence.

Design innovative solutions for subdivisions, infrastructure, and utility systems using cutting‑edge AutoCAD Civil3D.

Build and nurture relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.

Drive project success through strategic planning, resource optimization, and quality control.

• PE License in Kansas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited).
• 5+ years of land development engineering experience, including 2+ years managing projects and teams.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and client‑focused mindset.

Experience with Ajera Financial Management Software.
