Compliance & Operations Manager (On-Site)

• Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations
• Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows
• Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration
• Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives

• $90,000 - $110,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5 - 15% of base)
• Medical, dental, vision; retirement plan with up to 3% match; PTO
• Primarily on‑site with occasional flexibility

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Operations and/or compliance background
• Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65)
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and process‑improvement mindset
