Midland Care Connection is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support older adults in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary team within the PACE program. You will evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, and develop personalized care plans to maintain independent living.
Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, KS licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and strong collaboration and documentation skills.
