We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Technology Support Technician with strong experience in network troubleshooting, firewall administration, and Zoom conference room technology. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1-2 support to end users, ensure stable and secure network access, and maintain seamless conferencing experiences across physical and virtual meeting spaces.

• 2+ years in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic network diagnostics.
• Experience supporting and configuring Zoom Rooms or similar conference room technology (e.g., Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex).
• Familiarity with firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Service Now).
• Experience with network tools (Wireshark, Net Spot, etc.).
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
