** Digital Campaign Manager
** to ensure the flawless execution of our high-value Display, Video, and Programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Ad Operations Director, you will manage a critical campaign portfolio, turning client goals into precision-delivered, revenue-generating outcomes.

This is more than a delivery role—it's an opportunity to apply technical mastery, strategic insight, and strong service culture to enhance advertising operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the end-to-end management of a diversified campaign portfolio, ensuring accurate setup, smooth delivery, and maximizing delivery outcomes and revenue potential through proactive daily monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Provide essential support and quality assurance for our offshore campaign management teams, clarifying processes and acting as the first level of technical troubleshooting.
* Act as a superb communicator, collaborating closely with Sales, Ad Tech, Ad Product, and Client Project Management teams to resolve challenges quickly and ensure campaign execution aligns perfectly with client goals and platform best practices.
* Champion operational excellence by actively contributing to strategic projects, enhancing workflows, optimizing reporting, and driving process improvements across the broader advertising operations function.

You are exceptionally well-organized, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You possess:
* A solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools, including ad servers (like Google Ad Manager) and DSPs. You are an expert at navigating data and leveraging technology for better execution.
* An excellent communicator who can build trust across diverse cross-functional teams and translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans.
* Minimum 1 year in a media operations role, preferably publisher-side, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* You are adaptable and strategically minded, constantly seeking smarter, more efficient ways to work and committed to continuous personal and process improvement.
