** THE ROLE*
* The Supply Chain Manager oversees the process of sourcing and delivering products from origin to consumer, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing logistics, managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers and analyzing data to improve supply chain performance. They must also ensure

product quality, customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain, highly proficient in networking, and understanding the needs of the client.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve overall performance, including inventory management, demand forecasting and production planning

+ Source materials, negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors and manage those relationships to ensure quality and favorable pricing

+ Coordinate the movement of goods, from raw materials to finished products, and manage relationships with transportation and distribution providers

+ Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing storage and carrying costs

+ Analyze key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and use data to make informed decisions for process optimization

+ Address and resolve issues such as delivery delays or supply shortages

+ Work with other departments to align supply chain activities with broader organizational goals

+ Ensure all supply chain operations adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
