Quality Manager

As Quality Manager, you will lead the development, refinement, and execution of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles across all operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing QMS and lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve nonconformance issues.
• Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Overseeing quality assurance protocols and facilitating training programs to ensure compliance.
• Liaising with customers to resolve quality‑related concerns professionally and promptly.
• Performing quality checks and determining disposition of non‑conforming products.
• Traveling 10–25% (5 to 13 weeks per year).

• Proficiency in QMS and data analysis with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to interpret technical documents (drawings, BOMs, etc.).
• High energy and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
