• Ability to read and write in English
• Able to drive and operate a scissor lift and forklift
• Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned
• Work safely in accordance with federal and company policies
• Must have knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash
• Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures
• Proven ability to work as a team
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Attend department and plant meetings and training
• Ability to read and interpret machine prints
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have familiarity with most hand and power tools
• Must have experience with the following (but not limited to):
  • Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and plumbing
