Lawrence, KS

• Overtime pay up to $32.62per hour
• 12-hour shifts
  available for both
  day
  and
  overnight
  schedules
• Temp-to-hire positions

• Regular
  performance-based raises every 3 months

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or product issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to uphold manufacturing standards

• Previous
  machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working with various tools, controls, and equipment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically capable of meeting job demands
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic
  computer proficiency
  for production tracking and reporting
