Job Description ## Summary The Marketing Specialist supports organizational growth and engagement through the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communication initiatives. This role serves as a key resource for digital marketing, content development, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing analytics. The Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand awareness, promote services, drive audience engagement, and support organizational objectives through data-informed marketing strategies  ## Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication initiatives that support organizational goals, service line growth, recruitment, community outreach, and brand awareness.
* Manage marketing projects from intake through completion, including prioritization, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance evaluation.
* Develop and maintain digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email communications, and other digital engagement tools to support organizational objectives.
* Administer and optimize CRM and marketing technology platforms, including audience segmentation, campaign deployment, workflow automation, reporting, and data integrity.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and audience engagement trends, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
* Create, coordinate, and manage written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with organizational messaging, brand standards, and communication objectives.
* Coordinate relationships with vendors, consultants, and external partners to support marketing initiatives, production needs, and budget stewardship.
* Serve as a marketing resource to organizational leaders and stakeholders by providing guidance, recommendations, and support for communication and promotional efforts.
