Home Health & Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Join Douglas County Visiting Nurses and provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Douglas County and surrounding areas. This full‑time position runs Monday‑Thursday, 5 pm‑8:30 am.

• Travel to patients’ residences to deliver skilled nursing care.
• Maintain and document accurate electronic medical records.
• Supervise LPNs and certified aide staff.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure all care activities comply with federal and state regulations and agency policies.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas in good standing.
• Ability to meet all federal and state licensure requirements.
• Valid driving record and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for patients and families.

Salary:
Determined based on experience.
