Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Ensure our guests receive Perfect Product with every visit

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A's high standards for operating and food safety

* Uphold Chick-fil-A's dress code

* Other duties as assigned
