• Bring previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Provide leadership and support across front- and back-of-house with a focus on customer service, hospitality, and restaurant operations.
• Lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Coach and motivate team members throughout the shift.
• Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards.
• Delegate responsibilities to support smooth service and strong results.
• Own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success.
• Recognize team members and celebrate shift wins.
• Communicate clearly with the team and address issues as they arise.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role (standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications per local, state, and federal regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations, with the ability and willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house.
• Strong leadership with the ability to lead teams during high-pressure periods.
