We are looking for a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The Crew Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene procedures.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and serving counters.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
