The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a lively, party-like atmosphere where customers feel like invited guests. This role focuses on creating genuine customer relationships, leading to Raving Fans who feel connected to Rally House stores and staff. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring attractive visual merchandising, and supporting the store team in all tasks assigned by store leadership.

Hourly rate: $13.00 - $15.00.
