The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, and suggest solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, sometimes over long distances.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety training.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed within the district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (e.g., dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles as required.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching overhead, and moving merchandise.
