Our Customer Experience Agent plays a vital role as the friendly, knowledgeable voice that ensures every customer—whether a seasoned landscaper or a weekend DIYer—feels valued and supported.

• Engage customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism, warmth, and expertise
• Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and order processing
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with drivers and operations staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready sales environment
• Resolve issues with patience and clarity while always aiming for a positive outcome
• Support ongoing improvements to customer service processes and experiences
• Become an expert on Pine Landscape Center’s products, services, and values

• You’re a strong communicator who loves helping people
• You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• You stay calm and solutions‑focused when things get busy
• You enjoy learning and take pride in delivering excellent service
• Experience in customer service, retail, landscaping, or construction is a plus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

  Overtime after 40 hours

• Paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Office is closed from Christmas to New Year's (full week off work)
• Bonus: can earn up to $1/hour worked during the year based on end‑of‑year performance evaluation
• Team apparel is provided

Peak Season:
March through October | 8 am – 5 pm, M‑F & 8 am – 2 pm Saturday

Off Season:
November through February | 8 am – 4 pm, M‑F
